1. Overview
At SRM Home Appliances (https://srmhomeappliances.com), we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Installed or used electrical appliances
- Items returned after the return period
- Products without original packaging or invoice
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Share order details, product images, and issue description
- Wait for return approval from our team
- Once approved, the product will be picked up or shipped back
5. Refund Policy (Payment Gateway Compliance)
Refunds are processed only after successful product inspection and approval. Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
- UPI / Wallet refunds: 2–5 business days
- Debit/Credit Card refunds: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking refunds: 5–10 business days
Important: Payment gateway processing times may vary depending on the bank or provider (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.).
6. Replacement Policy
If the product is found defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- If payment is already processed, refunds (if applicable) will follow standard timelines
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
9. Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to cancel orders or deny refunds if fraudulent activity, misuse, or policy violations are detected.
